6000KW Coal Fired Thermal Oil Heater in Textile Industry
- Appalication Industry: Textile Industry
- Project supporting boiler: YLW-6000MA
- Project boiler medium: HMO (Heat Medium Oil)
ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater adopts chain grate as combustion equipment. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃ to achieve low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes like dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc. In addition, this series of thermal oil heater realize precise temperature control through an advanced oil temperature and pressure control system which greatly improves the heat utilization, which meets the actual demands of textile companies.
With its significant advantages in boiler technology and quality, ZOZEN has won the trust of many companies in the textile industry in Pakistan. As a supplier of globally renowned clothing brands such as GAP and ZARA, Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd. is a textile enterprise with whole industrial chain production capacity. As the business boomed, Kay & Emms decided to upgrade its fabric finishing line and equipment to ensure high performance standards for products and stability for quality. In September of this year, Kay & Emms signed a purchasing contract with ZOZEN for the 6000kw coal-fired thermal oil heater. Regarding the boiler base, ZOZEN improved the design of the grate and furnace arch and set up multiple independent wind chambers and air distribution doors, according to the characteristics of coal used by Kay & Emms, to realize accurate air distribution and improve fuel utilization. In terms of furnace insulation, ZOZEN uses high-quality insulation materials and special construction techniques to minimize the heat loss. The YLW series thermal oil heater adopts an advanced structure to optimize the radiation heating surface and reduce the formation and emission of smoke dust in the combustion chamber. The effective ash cleaning structure is set to facilitate the maintenance, operation and cleaning of the heater.
