Coal Fired Water Tube Boiler Introduction
Water tube boiler refers to the boiler that water, steam or the steam-water mixture flows in the tubes, and fire or the smoke are combustion and flow outside the flues. Compared with fire tube boiler, water tube boiler has no limitation on steam capacity and pressure, so it is fit for the user who need large capacity. Moreover, it has higher requirement for water quality and more space for superheater. Otherwise, water tube boiler good heat transfer property, high combustion efficiency, heating area can be layout at different types.
Zozen Boilers coal fired water tube boiler is the horizontal type double drum longitudinal type chain grate water tube steam boiler. Zozen Boilers inherits the domestic current mature technique of assembly chain grate boiler, gains technological breakthrough on the following areas: furnace with water-cooling chamber, back-arch structure design, boiler design with low thermal inertia, seal structure on membrane wall, and contact side seal of the grate.
