SZS series gas boiler adopts wet-back three-pass, full-corrugated furnace, threaded smoke tube structure, and full-submerged arc automatic welding. The boiler combustion chamber has a reasonable design and is fully adapted to various fuels such as coal gas, natural gas, biogas, light diesel, and heavy oil. The gas-fired boiler structure adopts a quick assembly structure, which is convenient for installation and transportation, and has a small area. At the same time, it is easy to inspect and maintain the inside of the boiler.

Gas-fired boiler structure

The radiant heating surface of the gas boiler is a fully corrugated furnace, and the convection heating surface uses a threaded smoke tube. A flue gas condensation recovery device is arranged at the tail of the boiler. The size of the furnace is consistent with the flame, which greatly reduces the heat loss, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 95%. This series of boiler products can be equipped with international burners, designed with various protection functions such as over-temperature, over-pressure, water shortage, leak detection, flameout, etc. The control system is operated through the touch screen, which greatly improves the degree of automatic control of the boiler and the reliability of operation.

The SZS series gas boiler is a double-drum vertical installation type “D” type quick-installed water tube boiler. The gas-fired boiler structure has a reasonable, consisting of upper and lower drums, model water-cooled walls, convection tube bundles and flue gas condensation recovery devices. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundle and the flue gas condensation recovery device.

Because SZS series boilers have enough combustion space in operation, it can ensure the full combustion of gas. A steel tube economizer is arranged at the rear and assembled in the manufacturing plant. Boiler water circulation adopts natural circulation method. The boiler is equipped with burners on the front side of the furnace. Arrange two explosion-proof doors on the back wall of the boiler and one explosion-proof door at the rear. Make the whole system safer and more reliable.

If the smoke and dust generated by the SZS gas boiler due to improper air adjustment can be deposited in the front and rear smoke boxes and burnout chambers, all can be cleaned by opening the inspection door. The working fluid is heated to produce saturated steam and output from the main steam valve to the operating system. The gas-fired boiler structure performance is at a leading level, and the large gas boiler adopts an electromechanical integrated structure. Following the concept of energy saving and environmental protection, it also meets the thermal energy required by the project.
