WNS Series Three Pass Fire Tube Boiler Introduction
The WNS series three pass fire tube boiler adopts a horizontal three-pass design, combining advanced technology with a robust structure to ensure efficient thermal energy utilization and low fuel consumption.
The core design of the WNS series three pass fire tube boiler is based on the principle of three pass heat exchange, which allows for more complete utilization of the thermal energy generated during combustion. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the resulting flame fills the entire wave-shaped furnace chamber and transfers radiant heat through the furnace walls, which constitutes the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas produced by combustion converges in the reburning chamber and then turns to enter the second pass, the threaded smoke tube bundle area. After convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases as it moves toward the front smoke box, where it turns again to enter the third pass, the smooth tube bundle area. Finally, the gas flows through the rear smoke box into the condensing economizer and chimney, and is discharged into the atmosphere.
